These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Proshfuton Foundation website and its training programmes. By accessing the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Proshfuton Foundation offers the following training programmes. This website is for inquiry purposes only. No payment is processed on this website.
A foundation programme in classical Bengali recitation, drama, voice technique, and elocution under direct instruction from All India Radio legacy practitioners. Available at our EM Bypass and Garia centres in Kolkata, and online.
Voice-based wellbeing sessions for individuals and groups. Available in solo and group formats with custom duration. Suitable for corporate employee resource groups, community organisations, and individual participants.
An advanced instructor-level programme spanning 12–14 months. Subject to availability and prior approval by the Master Instructors. Programme details shared upon application.
Students are eligible for a complete refund if they choose to withdraw within their first two classes of any programme. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before or immediately following the second class session.
Refund decisions beyond the two-class window are made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Proshfuton Foundation. Proshfuton Foundation reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. This statement does not constitute a legally binding guarantee beyond the two-class eligibility window stated above.
All services are provided in good faith and on an "as available" basis. Proshfuton Foundation makes no guarantee of specific artistic, professional, or personal outcomes from participation in any programme. Results will vary based on individual effort, prior experience, and regularity of practice.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme in question.

All content on this website and within our programmes — including teaching methodology, instructional materials, recordings, branding, and programme design — is owned by Proshfuton Foundation and/or Udofera Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content is prohibited.
Students enrolled in programmes receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access instructional content for their own learning. This licence does not permit sharing, reproducing, or adapting materials for third-party use.

Proshfuton Foundation is a cultural institution dedicated to respectful, disciplined learning. All students and visitors are expected to engage with instructors, fellow students, and the institution's community with courtesy and good faith.
Proshfuton Foundation reserves the right to terminate enrolment, without refund beyond the two-class window, if a student's conduct is found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to the values of the institution.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

Proshfuton Foundation shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders or restrictions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or civil disturbance.
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from participation in our programmes, the following process applies:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
If you are an EU consumer, these Terms do not limit any statutory rights you hold under applicable EU consumer protection law. You retain the right to bring disputes before your local courts and to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the homepage for 30 days prior to the change taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website or ongoing enrolment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Proshfuton Foundation regarding use of this website and our services. They supersede all prior communications and understandings, whether written or oral.
